Qoucher Global

Terms

In effect 5 October 2026. These terms cover the Qoucher Global catalog and a letter of intent. Alphacat LLC provides the catalog. The store sells the goods.

01These terms

These terms apply when you browse Qoucher Global or send a letter of intent. Alphacat LLC (“Qoucher”, “we”) operates the catalog.

A confirmed sale is a separate agreement between your company and the store. These terms govern the catalog and the introduction.

02The catalog

Qoucher Global lists export products from Korean stores. A listing shows the store, the product, and the export details the store has provided. Those details can include the supply price, the minimum order quantity, and, where shown, the HS code, origin, brand, and Incoterms.

Qoucher introduces the store and the buyer. The store is responsible for the goods, the product information, and the transaction.

03Prices on the page

The supply price is the export unit-price range, from the floor at the highest quantity to the price at the minimum order quantity. On the Volume tab, the unit price eases down as the quantity rises. The drop is steep at first, then flattens.

A Korea supply price, when the page shows one, is the domestic retail price in won. It sits beside the export price as a reference.

The figures on the page are the basis for the conversation. Price, quantity, Incoterms, and payment become firm when your company and the store confirm them.

04Payment

Where a listing says 100% T/T in advance, that is the payment term offered with the product. Your company pays the store on the terms you confirm together. Qoucher does not collect the purchase price.

05Letter of intent

I’m interested continues through a letter of intent and negotiation. Submit sends Qoucher your company, country, contact name, email, phone if you add one, the products, your requirements, your meeting preference, and, where we ask, your destination qualification. I’m back to redeem asks only for that email and the password issued from Qoucher after post-management.

The letter opens a negotiation. It does not place an order, reserve stock, or lock the price. A purchase order, when you reach one, is agreed afterward.

You can ask for a video call or a meeting in Jakarta, Indonesia. The meeting is a discussion.

06Destination qualification

Some destinations require a local registration before the goods can enter. For cosmetics into Indonesia, we ask whether BPOM notification is already available, an Indonesian importer will handle it, or an Indonesian importer is still required.

You answer from your own status. Qoucher does not file that notification. The store remains responsible for the product’s compliance with the rules that apply to the goods.

07Export rebate

On an export order, Qoucher later deducts a share of that payment from the store’s fee. The share is 2.4% of the payment at the minimum order quantity and rises to 3.6% at 1,000 pieces, on the curve shown on the Volume tab. The rise is steep at first, then flattens.

The store offsets that amount for you on the next order. The share stays on the store fee. It is not taken off the export unit price of the current order.

The cash rebate on Qoucher Market in Korea is a separate program and does not apply to this catalog.

08The sale

Delivery, risk, packing, samples, and lead time follow the Incoterms and the order your company and the store confirm. Questions about quality, labeling, and the goods themselves go to the store.

09Your company

Send the company and contact details of the business that will take the conversation. Use the letter of intent for a real export inquiry. Send only names and details your company is entitled to give us.

10Responsibility

Qoucher provides the catalog and the introduction. We are not the seller of the listed goods. Except where the law of the Republic of Korea does not allow a limit, Qoucher is not liable for the store’s goods, for a listing the store supplied, or for a sale your company makes with the store.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

11Updates

The date at the top of this page is the date these terms took effect. A letter of intent uses the terms posted when you send it. We replace this page when the terms change.
