Qoucher Global
About us
Qoucher helps competitive Korean brands that lack overseas sales capacity, and encourages their expansion abroad. Alphacat LLC operates this catalog.
01What we do
Many Korean brands already compete at home and do not yet have the people or the process for overseas sales. Qoucher takes that role. We place their products with buyers abroad and stay with the introduction until the store and the buyer can deal with each other.
A store on this catalog is one Qoucher has certified. We confirm that the business exists and that it has the capacity to operate.
03How it works
- 01
Browse the catalog
Each listing is a product from a Korean store, with the export price, the minimum order, and the details the store has provided.
- 02
Open a product
The Volume tab shows how the unit price and the later rebate move with quantity. The Manufacturer tab shows the store and its qualifications.
- 03
Choose I’m interested or I’m back to redeem
I’m interested opens a letter of intent, then negotiation, a purchase order, and post-management. I’m back to redeem asks for your email and the password Qoucher issued, then a purchase order and post-management.
- 04
Send the letter
You give your company, country, contact, the products, your requirements, and how you would like to meet. Where a destination asks for a local registration, you state your own status.
- 05
Qoucher makes the introduction
The letter starts a negotiation with the store. It does not place an order, reserve stock, or lock the price. You can ask for a video call or a meeting in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- 06
Your company and the store confirm the order
You pay the store on the terms you agree, such as 100% T/T in advance when that is the offered term. Qoucher does not collect the purchase price.
- 07
The rebate follows on the next order
After an export order, Qoucher deducts a share of that payment from the store’s fee, from 2.4% at the minimum order to 3.6% at 1,000 pieces. The store offsets that amount for you on the next order.
02Our legal character
Qoucher is a contractual agent. Alphacat LLC is appointed by the store to act for it in this overseas introduction. We are not the seller, and we do not take title to the goods.
The sale is a separate contract between your company and the store. The store remains responsible for the goods, the product information, and the transaction. Qoucher provides the catalog, the introduction, and the negotiation that leads there. We do not collect the purchase price.
Terms state this role in full.
